Therefore, we utilize calibrated top tier quality control instruments in our first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections to ensure projects meet or exceed tolerances and requirements. RMW’s Quality Assurance policies are modeled after and in compliance with Society of Automotive Engineering (SAE) Aerospace Standard 9100 (AS9100), International Standard Organization (ISO) 9001 and American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) 207-16. From top to bottom within our organization, quality is second only to safety. At the beginning of every project, our leadership team comes together to generate a tailored quality control plan. This quality control plan is implemented in our technical work instruction as quality control checkpoints. During these inspections, our quality department utilizes a wide range of inspection equipment, including but not limited to micrometers, calipers, gage blocks, gage pins, thread gages, surface plate, height gage, indicators, depth mic, bore mic, etc. If you require your parts to be verified by CMM or optical comparator, we can outsource those inspections to our trusted 3rd party suppliers.

Non-destructive testing (NDT)  is critical to evaluate and maintain project quality during fabrication. These in-process checks are performed by certified experts and are well documented. This ensures all code requirements, traceability, and quality specifications are achieved. All our precision machine measuring tools are calibrated in accordance with our Quality Manual, which is available upon your request.
